Building a presentation often means creating multiple slides with the same layout — for example, a series of product features, meeting notes, or agenda items. Instead of creating a new slide from scratch and reapplying formatting, PowerPoint lets you duplicate slides in seconds.
Simply select the slide you want to copy and press Ctrl + D. An exact copy appears immediately below the original.
