Bookings
Provisional bookings can be made by emailing contactus@woodthorpeit.com. We will then ask for written confirmation or request you complete a booking form. Once confirmation or a booking form is received we consider a course or courses to be booked.
Payment Terms
An invoice will be issued on the following basis:
- Private company training - issued on or shortly after the training has commenced. Payment is expected within 14 days of invoice unless agreed via writing.
- Public scheduled training - issued when course place is booked. Payment is expected prior to attendance to secure a learners place
Payment can be made via direct bank transfer or cheque.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be notified in writing (email is acceptable). Penalties due to cancellation will be calculated based on a percentage of the total cost for the course booked and dependent on the time of receipt of notification the below schedule will apply:
- Greater than 14 days before the training date = No charge
- Between 14 and 7 days before the training date = 50% of the fee
- Less than 7 days before the training date = 100% of the fee
We consider course dates being moved to be a cancellation of a previously agreed date. And the newly requested date is treated as a new booking which means the above schedule of notification for penalties applies. We may waive this in special cases.
