Usually when most people leave their desk for a break or a meeting they would lock their computer so no one else can open files or read emails etc. The keyboard shortcut for this is as follow:
Press theWindows Key and L togetherat the same time and your computer will now be locked!
Usually the Windows key is near the space bar either to the left or the right and has a Windows logo on it.
