This is one of the most powerful (and overlooked !) Office features.
Microsoft Office includes built‑in OCR (Optical Character Recognition).
Open your Microsoft Office App and click the camera icon. Make sure you have decent light, keep the camera straight and avoid shadows.
Take your photo and let Office work its magic!
Office will detect the text in the image and offer you the option to convert or extract the text.
Once you start using OCR, you’ll wonder how you managed without it!
