I need more space - Hide the Office toolbar with a keyboard shortcut

Have you ever been working on a Word document or a large Excel file or for that matter a big diagram in Visio and needed more space to see your work?  Well a very simple way to get the space you need:

• press CTRL and F1 on your keyboard and the Office toolbar (Ribbon) will hide. 
• Press CTRL and F1 again it will come back.
• See what this looks like below:

Your Document, Spreadsheet, Diagram or Presentation will now have a little more space to breath.
