Highlight all blank cells in an Excel list quickly

If you need to highlight all the blank cells in an Excel list, you can use this simple shortcut:

  • Highlight the entire area including blank cells.
  • Press F5 on your keyboard to open the GO TO screen
  • Click "Special"
  • Click "Blanks"
  • Click "Ok"
