Have you ever been sent a PDF that contains vital information you need and copy and paste from the document is tricky?
Word comes to the rescue! You can open a PDF within Word and extract the information:
- Open Microsoft Word
- Go to 'File' > 'Open'.
- Select the PDF file you want to extract information from.
- Word will convert the PDF into an editable Word document. (Depending on the size of the PDF, this can take some time to complete)
Once converted, you can easily copy and paste the text or data you need. Note that the formatting might change slightly but usually Word does a good job keeping the document the same.
