Teams lets you share files directly in a chat so everyone has quick access to the same document without relying on long email chains.

**Steps:**

1. Open a Teams chat
2. Click the paperclip icon
3. Upload or select a file
4. Send

Sharing files in Teams is often quicker than email and keeps the conversation and the document together in one place. That makes it easier to find the latest version later and avoids attachments getting lost in your inbox.
