Files stored in OneDrive offer an advantage as you can share live documents easily for collaboration. No more making changes, sending the file, incorporating new changes and repeating the process until you get the document finished. To share in OneDrive:

You can then send the link – either directly through the OneDrive sharing option or copy and paste to send in Teams or email.

This way of sharing documents can seem overwhelming at first, but it can save a lot of back and forth when collaborating with your team
