OneDrive can automatically back up key folders such as Desktop, Documents and Pictures so your files stay protected and available across your devices.

**Steps:**

1. Open OneDrive settings
2. Go to **Backup**
3. Select folders (Documents, Desktop, Pictures)
4. Enable backup

Automatic backup helps protect you from data loss caused by accidental deletion, hardware problems or device failure. It also makes moving to a new device much easier because your important files are already stored in OneDrive.
